Some of these laws get quite complicated, so we also rely upon the advice of professionals to tell us what we can and cannot say. In some respects, this is very similar to your asking the advice of a professional when preparing your income tax return.
No matter how many others may violate these laws by making medicine-like claims, we prefer to stay within the law. This of course puts us at some disadvantage in our advertising, but we will live with that.
