You can initiate the process to reset your account password by selecting My Account from the main menu and clicking the Lost Your Password link in the Login section of the page. You’ll receive an email at the email address your provided when registering your account to reset your account password.
If you no longer have access to the email addresses on your account, send an email to our Customer Service Department at Help@HealthySteed.com. Please state your full name, billing address, the email address used to register your account (if you recall) and your new email address with a request to reset your account password.
